Wildcat Stadium Guidelines:
It is our hope that you find our facility safe and enjoyable—a place where we can appreciate and applaud the efforts of each group.
All varsity home football games are scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m. (Times and dates are subject to change.)
Parking gates will open at 5:30 p.m.
Stadium gates will open at 6:00 p.m. (Home gates are located on the west side of the stadium. The visitor entrance is located at the northeast corner of the stadium.)
General admission tickets will go on sale at the beginning of each week of a home football game through the GoFan website. Ticket booths will be open at the games at 6:00 p.m. for varsity football games only.
Due to safety concerns, there will be limited re-entry into the stadium during games.
Students will NOT be allowed to leave and re-enter under any circumstances.
Adults may be allowed to leave and re-enter in special circumstances, but need to do the following to gain re-entry:
keep original ticket
get approval and stamp from gate attendee and
leave and re-enter through the same gate
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed into the game without an adult.
Children under the age of 12 who are in the reserve or general admission seating must be with an adult.
Junior high students may sit with a parent in any section. If attending without a parent, the following rules apply:
must have a student ID
must sit in the designated junior high section
High school students who sit in the student section MUST wear their student IDs.
No loitering is permitted. Spectators must sit in the stands and keep off the rails. Aisles and walkways must be kept clear at all times. Spectators may not cross to the other side of the stadium.
No firearms or weapons are allowed.
No tobacco, cigarettes or electronic/vapor cigarettes are allowed.
No alcoholic beverages or controlled substances are allowed.
No animals are allowed (legal service animals will be permitted).
No outside food or drinks may be brought into the stadium. (This does not apply to band, drill team, cheerleaders, or other approved student participant groups.)
All food, drinks (other than water and sports drinks), gum, and sunflower seeds are prohibited at all times on the field and track.
No umbrellas are allowed.
No tailgate parties are allowed.
Only emergency or approved vehicles may be parked inside the stadium. No vehicles of any kind are permitted to drive on the field surface; including trailers and golf carts (unless serious injury).
Only participants, coaches, invited medical professionals, authorized working personnel, and school administrators will be allowed on the field or in the field house area prior to the game, at halftime, or following the game. Authorized personnel must present a pass. Each school is responsible for its sideline.
Only school organizations and booster clubs may sell items. All groups must complete the required paperwork and receive permission from the AISD Business Office and the Public Relations Office at least two days prior to the game.
The press box is for authorized personnel and invited guests only. Passes will be issued and must be presented to security prior to being admitted. Children of press box participants are not allowed unless approved through the Public Relations Department.
We ask that you comply with these rules and regulations so that this facility can be used by student-athletes for many years to come.
