Compensation

AISD is proud to offer a competitive compensation package that is responsive to employees’ ambition and accomplishments. The base compensation includes salary, medical and dental insurance, a retirement package through the Teacher Retirement System and many professional development opportunities for campus staff.

Teacher Incentive Allotment

Angleton ISD is thrilled to announce that the district's local designation system for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) was fully approved by the Texas Education Agency in August 2024. This significant milestone marks a crucial step in our district's commitment to recognizing and rewarding the exceptional contributions of our educators.

The Teacher Incentive Allotment program provides additional compensation to teachers based on two key success criteria: student growth and classroom observations.
