Attention Parents of Students at Central

Earlier today, there was an electrical issue in one of the closets in the gym at Central Elementary that caused some smoke in the closet. No students and staff were in danger, and there was no fire. The part of the issue that was causing some smoke has been turned off.

The AISD Maintenance Department is working to fix the issue, and PE classes have been moved until the work is finished.
